Returns Policy

CHANGE OF MIND:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchased from us. If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will do an exchange or alternatively we can provide you with a credit note which is valid for up to 12 months.

Return Eligibility:

Please ensure that your product meets all of the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days after delivery or purchase.
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In original packaging / box with all tags, if any
  • The product is not part of a SALE collection

 

RETURNS MADE BY COURIER:

If you would like to request for return via 3rd party logistic service provider, you are responsible for courier charges applicable. As shipping cost is an external cost we incur with logistic service provider, please note that all delivery costs incurred upon order confirmation are not refundable.

 

RETURNS MADE AT THE STUDIO

You may also wish to do the return in person at our Studio located at 8@Tradehub21. Kindly make an appointment HERE after you have informed us of your intention to return your purchase. 

 

Cuckoo reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions. We apologize that we are not poised to process refunds at this moment in time.

 

CHANGE YOUR ORDER:

If you would like to change your order before it is shipped out, we will be glad to process it with no additional costs to you. Kindly reach out to us via email or through Instagram with your order number and what changes you would like to make. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS OR INCORRECT DELIVERY:

All items are carefully inspected before shipping out to our customers. In the event that damage occurs through delivery or you feel there is a quality issue with the product you have ordered, or you received an item you did not order, contact us and we would be happy to arrange for a prompt replacement.

We will arrange a replacement product to be sent to you as soon as possible following your claim. This may not be immediate if we do not hold stock of the item you have ordered or if we have to contact a supplier for more information on the claim.

If the same design of product is no longer available, we will make a full refund for the damaged or defective product.

All damage / defect claims must be made to Cuckoo within 7 days upon receipt of the product. It is within our complete discretion whether or not to arrange a replacement.

To make a damage / defect claim, you need to provide Cuckoo with the following:

  • Photo(s) of the damage / quality issue;
  • Brief description of the quality issue you noticed;
  • Order No
  • Your name and contact details.
